We Use Notification Emails
We use email to notify you about rental requests, and other rental status.
The email address you log in with is your primary email address for rental request notifications.
Add "RentSpace@GymLynx.com" to your address book or create a folder for all your GymLynx email.

If you're already a member, THANK YOU.
If not, JOIN GymLynx, verify your email, and fill in your profile.
Click on the "RESERVE NOW" button to create your rental request.
GymLynx records your rental request and sends a notification email to the gym.
Both gyms and trainers - you can always go to www.GymLynx.com/Reservations to check the status.
The gym receives the rental request notification email and clicks the link inside.
The gym reviews the rental request. The gym may:
- look at the Trainer's profile, including insurance, certs, experience, etc.
- look at the rental time.
- look at the rental purpose/use.
The gym has 3 options:
- accept the rental request,
- decline the request completely, or
- decline due to a bad requested time. The trainer can easily create a new one.
Note: Gyms and trainers - please try to respond in a timely manner. Both trainers and gyms need to schedule their time.
"No pay, no play." The gym is under NO obligation until the trainer pays.
Also, the gym may cancel their acceptance at any time prior to payment.
Once accepted, the trainer will receive an acceptance notification email.
The trainer then needs to pay which will CONFIRM the rental.
A rental payment notification email will be sent back to the gym confirming payment.
The trainer uses the fitness space, per gym's terms and conditions.
Please be professional and courteous. The trainer is responsible for their clients.
GymLynx pays the gym 3 days after use. A final notification email will be sent for pay-out notification.
